PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: 16 June 2026
Adimpress ("Adimpress", "we", "us" or "our") is an AI-powered digital agency operated from Koh Phangan, Thailand, serving clients worldwide. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit adimpress.me or engage our services, how we use and share that data, and the rights you have over it. By using our website you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect personal data in three ways:
- Information you give us. When you submit a contact or audit-request form, book a call, or message us through live chat, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, company, budget range, project type, and message.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect usage data such as pages visited, referring URLs, approximate location, device and browser type, and interactions, using cookies and similar technologies.
- Information from advertising and analytics tools. We use measurement pixels to understand how visitors find us and which campaigns perform, so we can improve our services.
2. How we use your data
We process personal data to:
- respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, and deliver the services you request;
- operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website and offerings;
- measure marketing performance and, where permitted, show relevant advertising;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Our lawful bases for processing include your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running and growing the business, and compliance with legal obligations.
3. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features. Analytics and advertising scripts are only loaded once configured, and you can opt out of most tracking using your browser or device controls.
4. Sharing and sub-processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the trusted service providers (sub-processors) that help us operate the business, each bound to protect it and use it solely on our instructions:
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Website hosting and content delivery | United States / Global |
| Supabase | Database and storage for form submissions and chat | European Union |
| Google Analytics | Aggregate website usage analytics | United States |
| Microsoft Clarity | Session analytics and heatmaps | United States |
| Meta (Facebook) Pixel | Advertising measurement and retargeting | United States |
| Cal.com | Scheduling and booking of audit calls | European Union / United States |
| Chatwoot | Live chat and support messaging | United States / self-hosted |
A current Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available to business clients on request. Some providers are located outside your country; where required we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for international transfers.
5. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Enquiry data we do not convert into an engagement is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA/UK have rights under the GDPR, and California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information and limit access to those who need it.
